The JumpStart Program gives you the opportunity to get yourself moving in the right direction. It’s the perfect introduction to personal training at Fitness Firm.
• Consult with a nationally certified trainer to discuss your health status and map out the way to hit your goals.
• Eating habits / what’s great, what’s good and what’s no so good—let’s put a game-plan together on this.
• Personal training (3) three sessions to include resistance training, cardio coaching, and stretch techniques.
• A prescription of other activities/homework—this keeps you in motion when you’re not training with the trainer;
classes to attend, in addition to your gym and cardio routines on non-training days.
