This workout is do-able for all levels, no impact, using the ballet barre, resistance tubing, weights up in our “dance-like Studio.” Rapid Results – you’ll see!!!!
Get up on one of our “Spinner” bikes in the bike arena. The music will drive you, the lead bike instructor will coach you up and down all kinds of terrains. You control the intensity, the bike gets sized up to your dimensions, it’s you and the road, baby! This here’s the biggest and quickest calorie burn in the ci-tay. Reserve your ride, get a number from the front desk prior to class time.
We blend traditional with the Hatha/Ashtanga variety. There are 7 nationally certified yoga instructors, no two are alike. We keep the journey do-able with plenty of modifications. Celebrate a cleansing from the inside out. Enjoy your new peace of mind you’ll find after just one class. Our established yoga program is now in its 13th year. The experienced staff will lead you to a new adventure of great discover each and every time. This is a great additive to any fitness routine. You and your mat belong here, come on in.
MSROM 2X WEEKLY: We welcome this fun group of Power People for this SilverSneaker approved class. You’ll use weights, bands, balls, and includes a seated chair option for all exercises.
YOGASTRETCH 1X WEEKLY:
Also in a chair for some of the class, it’s a great way to lengthen out, clean out, and stay flexible through joints and ligaments. Hey, this beats going to the doctor any day. This program is paid for by your health care insurance. We can check your eligibility right at the front desk. All are welcome.
