Get up on one of our “Spinner” bikes in the bike arena. The music will drive you, the lead bike instructor will coach you up and down all kinds of terrains. You control the intensity, the bike gets sized up to your dimensions, it’s you and the road, baby! This here’s the biggest and quickest calorie burn in the ci-tay. Reserve your ride, get a number from the front desk prior to class time.
We blend traditional with the Hatha/Ashtanga variety. There are 7 nationally certified yoga instructors, no two are alike. We keep the journey do-able with plenty of modifications. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support
SilverSneakers Yoga will move yoour while body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
