What factors define your “fighting weight”? Think of the boxer in the ring. He or she wants to be not only in the best shape, but in the strongest shape they can be. So go with strong. Muscle weighs more than fat. Muscle burns more calories even when we’re at rest. That basic equation leads us to doing resistance training every week of our lives. Maintaining muscle mass will keep all of us in check. Be realistic and get a honest, naked look in the mirror ;front, back, and sides. Again with your doctor’s help, decide that number-or number range and then get there. You want choices of how to get there, come see me.
